Our Krav Maga Conditioning Program offers specialized and unique fitness classes that you can’t get anywhere else. Whether you are interested in fitness classes only, or you wish to enhance your Krav Maga self defense and fighting training, the Krav Maga Conditioning Program brings a fresh experience to the total body workout.

 

We welcome students of all levels in our fitness classes.

 

OUR CLASSES:

 

KM BAG  

 

Heavy bags, Medicine balls, Kettle bells and jump ropes are just a few of the tools used in this class.

 

This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required. 

 

TOTAL BODY FITNESS

Intense, quick, effective training that benefits your entire body.

 

This high intensity fitness program is designed to get our students in the best shape of their lives as quickly and effectively as possible. Incorporating plyo-metrics, max interval training, calisthenics, and cross training, students will acquire the tools needed to effectively navigate any physical challenge with improved balance, endurance, strength, flexibility, and muscle control.  

 

CORE BURNOUT

 

Bye bye belly fat! Take the challenge to focus on your core.

 

Challenging yet attainable exercises designed to target the core muscles. Intensely focused on an individual's upper abdominals, lower abdominals, obliques and lower back.

 

 

FOCUS MITTS/ THAI PADS

 
Learn punch/kick combinations that incorporate dynamic movements and increase your endurance as a fighter. 
 
This class is designed to provide an excellent cardiovascular workout through working different punch combinations. Students will do a variety of drills designed to improve dexterity in punching and kicking and overall fight foot work.
